Nasri, who has been linked with a move to Manchester City, believes supporters were wrong to vent their anger.
London: Samir Nasri has taken to Twitter to hit out at Arsenal fans who were taunting him during the weekend draw at Newcastle.
The Frenchman, who was not a part of the squad that travelled to St James' Park, has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester City, and supporters expressed their anger about his potential transfer during the goalless draw.
Nasri said via Twitter: "I heard what the fans were singing about me on Saturday and it is really disrespectful because I'm still a Arsenal player."
The midfielder's contract is due to expire at the end of this season and his reluctance to sign a new deal has seen him linked with moves all summer, with City apparently prepared to spend £ 20 million to take him to the Etihad Stadium.
