Actress Sumalatha Posts Emotional Photo With Late Husband Ambareesh

Sumalatha Ambareesh is one such Indian actress who not only excelled in the entertainment industry but also gained recognition in the political world. She currently serves as a Member Of Parliament (MP) in the Lok Sabha from the Mandya constituency of Karnataka. She married the late actor of Kannada cinema, Ambareesh in 1991. The couple was blessed with a son named Abhishek Ambareesh. He is currently active in the Kannada cinema industry and will soon be seen in the movie Bad Manners after his debut in 2019.

The actress is quite active on social media and usually posts photos and videos of her daily events and movies. Recently, she posted a throwback photo of herself and Ambareesh with a heartwarming caption. Actor Ambareesh died due to a heart attack in 2018.

In the latest post, Sumalatha can be seen with her late husband Ambareesh. Sumalatha is seen wearing a purple salwar kurta while Ambareesh has donned a simple white shirt which he has coupled with black pants. While reminiscing about her late husband and their marriage, the actress wrote that she misses those times and days when the smiles were bigger. “Each day felt like a Sunday,” Sumlatha captioned the post.

After seeing the post, the fans of the actor couldn’t stop themselves from showering their love and affection for the couple in the comments section of the post.

The actress is also quite an active politician and usually carries out awareness programs for the citizens of Karnataka. Recently, she and her family visited Kaveriamma and prayed for the Kannada farmers amid the ongoing Cauvery water row. They sought blessings from the Cauveri god and asked to resolve the Cauvery Water Dispute. At the venue, the actress was present with her son Abhishek Ambareesh and his wife Aviva Bidapa.

The Cauvery Water dispute is an ongoing dispute in Karnataka in which several Kannada movie stars such as Shivarajkumar and Kichcha Sudeep participated in support of farmers.
