The leading car manufacturer Mahindra has been hitting the headlines lately for all the wrong reasons. Again! the homegrown brand is in the news after a customer from Haryana slammed the company for not resolving repetitive multiple defects in his XUV300.
A video regarding the same also went viral on the internet, shared by A1 Karnal News, where the frustrated customer was seen standing in front of authorized showroom in Karnal, blaming them for not giving him a permanent solution for the defects, which forced him to visit the workshop again and again.

In the video, it can be seen that the agitated customer parked his defective car in front of the authorized showroom in Karnal, blocking the entry of the workshop. As the clip moves ahead, the victim is heard saying that he has been facing multiple defects in his Mahindra XUV300 for the past three months and even met with an accident as the headlights stopped working automatically when the car was on run.

The victim also claimed that after the car met with an accident due to headlight failure, the company put the blame on him, saying it was his fault which is why he is not entitled enjoy the insurance benefits. Even, the helpless customer was heard saying that he would set the car on fire if the issue was not get resolved.

Ever since the clip was posted on the internet, it gained a massive viewership in no time. Social media users also were seen launching a sharp attack on the company in the comment section. While a section of users criticized the Mahindra for its poor after-sell service. Some asked not to purchase the car from the company.
Similar Incident
This is not the first time such an incident grabbed the attention on the internet. Earlier, a similar incident was reported from Kanpur, where a man was killed in the company’s feature-loaded product Mahindra Scorpio.
It was claimed by the decade’s family that if the company had provided the airbags, the victim would have survived.
