Nail polish is a must when you are prepping for a party or any other festive occasion. The shiny colours are swoon-worthy and irresistible. However, have you ever wondered how it is made? If not, here is a viral video to learn how factories manufacture nail paint.

Nail paints enhance the beauty of our bland-looking nails; a must accessory for an event or you can simply wear it as a cute add-on to upgrade your look. But have you ever thought about how these irresistible, blingy nail colours are made? A video is making rounds on the internet, which shows exactly that.

The viral video was posted by an account called the @foodiehat on Instagram. The video starts with a glimpse of how the small bottle is filled with nail paint. Then it proceeds to the main part which begins with the pouring of the sparkly red-hued, thick liquid in a cylindrical container. After that, it is thoroughly mixed to make it thicker with the help of a machine. Now, this new liquid is transferred into a big container and then poured into medium-sized plastic bottles. The same process is followed for other colours like orange and pink.

The thick sparkly liquid is then poured into the little glass vials or bottles specially used to store nail polish, which also carries the brand name. These glass bottles are sealed with tiny plastic brushes for nail polish application and then fitted with bottle caps. By the end of the clip, a young woman applies the brand new polish for the camera and flaunts it with a smile. The caption on the post reads, “Kya apko pta tha nail polish essa bante hai? (Did you know that nail polish is made this way?)”

Netizens react to the clip in the comments below. A user wrote, “I can smell this place.” Another user wrote, “So satisfying.” A third user questioned the hygiene of the workers, writing, “How can I donate gloves to them?” The video has gained more than 333,000 likes and 16 million views on the platform.

What's your reaction?
