As seen in the video, there is a false ceiling design in both rooms, along with a chandelier in one of them.

Social media is a treasure trove of videos which range from interesting, and cute to downright bizarre. A recent video which validates several proverbs like ‘Looks are deceptive; and ‘Do not judge a book by its cover’ has been doing the rounds on social media. Our country India has many rural households and homes made of clay are not an uncommon sight in rural regions and villages. The same is the case in many third-world nations where villages with clay-made homes are quite common. One video from a village in Azerbaijan has been leaving people in complete awe.

The video is from a documentary on rural Azerbaijan villages according to the caption of the video and depicts a luxurious and beautifully decorated home camouflaged by its clay-made exterior. In the viral video, an old mud house is shown. A simple white curtain hangs in the verandah, and the stairs, made of mud, show signs of dryness and cracks.

However, once the curtain is drawn aside, you are in for a surprise. Inside, the house is adorned with beautiful carpets and everything is arranged neatly. There are two rooms, both furnished with seating areas and elegant carpets. Cushions and pillows are placed carefully, and the beds are neatly folded. What is more surprising is that there is a false ceiling design as well in both rooms. There is also a chandelier in one of the rooms.

There is also a great arrangement of air and sunlight and light-coloured curtains make the interior look extremely beautiful. It does not look like a house made of mud and clay at all but that is the architectural brilliance of it.

Most of the comments on the video are different variations of Looks are Deceptive. Many have wanted to know who the interior designer of the house is while some have expressed their desire to watch the full documentary.

What's your reaction?
