A recent social media post has reignited a debate, making users question a property’s price.

An X user named Sidharth Gehlot shared a series of images showcasing a fully furnished 4 BHK house in Kerala, claiming that it would command a price of approximately Rs 3 crore.

The post includes pictures from the premises, including the wide lawn, entrance, and dining area.

“4 BHK, 3500 sq ft is what 3Cr gets you in Kerala,” he wrote.

The X user also shared an OLX link with more details. According to the website, the house is built on 3500 square feet in Kolladu, Kottayam. The ground floor is equipped with two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a living space, a dining, a kitchen, a storeroom, and a large sitting area with garden space, among others. The first floor has two bedrooms with a terrace balcony and attic space.

It is fully furnished with extensive woodwork. In reaction, social media users came forward with divided opinions. While some called out the unnecessary price of the house, others dubbed it as appropriate, given the provided features. Being completely furnished, it is ready to move.
