In the photograph, a woman’s brother sitting on the stairs, lovingly admires his newly acquired bike while enjoying a packet of biscuits. Sharing this touching moment, the woman on X (formerly known as Twitter) wrote, “My brother got a new bike today and he’s been staring at it while eating good day for the last 15 minutes.”

The photo quickly went viral, accumulating over 7 lakh likes and more than 22,000 comments. In the comments section, many individuals shared their own experiences and reminisced about reacting similarly when they acquired their first vehicle or similar present.

Making this point, an X user wrote, “I’ve been there. When I bought my very own bike I sat there watching it for about an hour. I cleaned it so many times the first day. In the evening, I sat outside staring at it for another hour and then went on a long ride. I tell you this is the happiest moment he’s had in years. He may not tell you this but he’ll remember this day forever.”

Another person shared a photo of his beloved bike and wrote, “Ma’am you won’t understand what feelings & emotions a boy has when he has his own bike… That too Royal Enfield! I know how it feels.”

Amidst the positive comments, some speculated that the photo was staged for social media engagement. One user expressed skepticism, stating, “First of all this bike is not 1 day old and 2nd she forced her brother to click that pic for social media engagement.”

An X user observed that the bike did not look like it was just a day old and wrote, “Well, that’s not a brand new bike that was delivered on that same day. It looks at least a few hundred kilometres ridden.”
