‘Just Like That You Know Their Birth Order': Anchor Confronts Sister On Live TV For 'Stealing' Her Watch
Malika Andrews shared the hilarious moment from their live telecast on Instagram to mark the occasion of National Siblings Day.

Siblings often take things from each other without obtaining prior permission. It is not rare to see sisters or brothers getting into an argument over taking each other’s clothes or accessories. Recently, two sisters Kendra Andrews and Malika Andrews, who are sports journalists with ESPN, got into a small confrontation when Malika noticed that Kendra was wearing her watch. This hilarious confrontation took place while both of them were on air during the show NBA Today on ESPN. Malika Andrews shared this moment from the live telecast on Instagram to mark the occasion of National Siblings Day.

In the clip, Malika is reporting from the studio and speaking to her sister and colleague Kendra who is reporting from a sports complex. Suddenly Malika stops in the middle of her sentence and asks Kendra, “Is that my watch?” She squints at the screen and confirms, “Yes, that’s my watch”. Interestingly her other colleague at the studio confirms Malika’s suspicions and says that Kendra is indeed wearing her sister’s watch. Kendra tries to deny this claim but her smile gives away her “crime”.

Now this wholesome interaction is raking in likes on Instagram. So far it has gathered over 14 lakh likes. While sharing this video, Malika wrote, “It’s your watch now, Kendra Andrews. Love you, sis. Happy National Siblings Day.” Kendra responded to it and wrote, “What’s the saying… what’s yours in mine, and what’s mine is mine??”

Someone described Malika and Kendra’s exchange as “Peak sibling energy.” Another person wrote, “It’s hilarious and embarrassing at the same time. She acted on impulse and showed the world a bit of what she deals with off the screen- A young sister needing a big sister’s wardrobe to meet the fashion demands of her probably new job. I love them both.”

An Instagram user shared, “Y’all this is me with my mom’s things my dad complemented me on a dress the other day and he was like it looks familiar but I can’t put my finger on it my mom was like yeah because it’s mine.”

While many found the video funny, some people thought that it was rude to call out people for “stealing” your things on live TV. Making this point, an Instagram user wrote, “She so childish for that doing that on live TV all you had to do was call ur sister or send her a text instead you going to expose her like that.” In response to this, another person countered, “Some of yall don’t have a good relationship with yall siblings and it shows lol. This was not to be offended about. It’s actually cute and funny.”
