In a similar incident, Brittany Urley, a resident of Clear Lake, Minnesota, USA, married her childhood love at the age of 18 and became parents with him. Later, she fell in love with a 44-year-old man and divorced her husband.
According to a report published in The Sun, 31-year-old Brittany married her first husband at 18. She became pregnant when she was 22 with her ex-husband. They spent more than four years in a healthy relationship with her ex-husband. During her pregnancy, Brittany Urley fell in love with a retired Air Force soldier. At that time, the soldier, Doug Urley, was an old man of 66 years of age. Soon, she divorced her ex-husband and married the retired Air Force soldier. The age gap between the two is comparatively high.
After the marriage, Brittany Urley found that Doug had 13 great-grandchildren and 6 grandchildren. She said, “As the date of pregnancy was coming closer, we were getting closer to each other. There was an age difference of 44 years between us; I was 22 years old and Doug was 66 years old at that time. During that time, I came to know that Doug is more than 50 years older than me and has two children, six grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. Despite this, I fell in love with Doug. Since my divorce process was not yet complete, In such a situation, we did not make our relationship public.” As Brittany expressed, in 2015 she left her husband after three months of the birth of her son Avit. Her son, Avit, is now 8 years old. She also said that her current husband, Doug, supported her during the maternity leave and that they used to go on long drives with her, so Avit was in the back seat.
According to Brittany, she met Doug, who supported her during the time of her pregnancy, and she got married to Doug as soon as she divorced her ex-husband. They shared the difficulties of their first marriage with each other. She said, “I told Doug everything about myself. When I was pregnant, Doug took care of me in between work. Doug also told how he has been unhappy with his wife for 12 years. I also became sad after listening to Doug’s words.”
