In a recent Instagram Story, he shared an image of his hand with a glucose drip and said, “Hate this time of the year”. Although specific details about his hospitalisation are not clear, the update has left his fans concerned. Sheezan Khan is yet to disclose the reason for his health deterioration.
Sheezan Khan has experienced a tumultuous year, marked by legal entanglements after the Tunisha Sharma suicide case. Despite receiving praise for his performances, he had to exit the show Alibaba Dastaan-E-Kabul, where he starred alongside Tunisha. While he participated in a reality show and had a brief stint in a daily soap, his fans eagerly awaited his return to the screen in a lead role.
If the reports are to be believed, there are considerations for Sheezan Khan to play the lead role in an upcoming show. The show is reportedly being produced by Shashi Mittal and Sumeet Mittal, and the details have been kept under wrap. However, a report in Tellychakkar suggests that the show is expected to air on Star Plus. An official announcement regarding the casting and show details is anticipated in the coming days.
Sheezan Khan participated in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 earlier this year. He also joined Chand Jalne Laga recently. However, he left the show shortly after. In a chat with ETimes, Sheezan said, “I was promised the role of the parallel lead, but it was later reduced to just another character. I had no choice but to quit the show. I am now looking for a role that will do justice to my talent. As an actor, the factors governing my choices include substantial screen time and a performance-oriented role.”
When Sheezan Khan initially joined the daily soap, he admitted to having reservations. However, those doubts were dispelled after he heard the narration and learned about the storyline from the makers.
Apart from this, Sheezan Khan has worked in some popular TV shows including Jodha Akbar, Chandra Nandini, and Tara From Satara among others.
