Actress Gouri Agarwal has earned a significant name for herself in the TV industry. She is noted for her outstanding performances in a variety of daily soaps. However, not much is known about the actress’ personal life. She recently shared a reel that piqued fans’ interest and many started speculating that she has found the love of her life. The actress shared a reel on Instagram with the caption, “Pov: Date Night”.
In the clip, Gouri Agarwal could be seen sitting around a romantic decor while on a video conference with a mystery man. The actress did not divulge the face or identity of the mystery man, which has piqued the interest of fans. There were speculations that she might be in a relationship, but the actress has now refuted all rumours. Speaking to ETimes, Gouri said, “Yes, I was dating someone in the past but at the moment I am very much single. At the same time, I want to keep my personal and professional life separate so that’s about it at the moment.”
Meanwhile, according to a report by Filmibeat, producer Rashmi Sharma is working on a new show for Colours TV and Gouri Agarwal, who was last seen in Imlie, is being considered for the lead role. The publication quoted a source as saying, “The production house has started conducting the auditions for the male and female leads. We have heard that Gouri Agarwal has been approached to play the female lead in the show. She has given the audition, and the casting team believes that she can be a great asset to the team. However, the two sides have not signed the dotted lines for the project.”
While it is reported that the producer is set to work on a different theme, the television network and production house have not shared any official details about the development.
Earlier, Gouri has appeared in a variety of shows, including Channel V’s Gumrah, Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka!, Amma Ke Babu Ki Baby, Meet and Imlie. She was also featured in an episode of Pyar Tune Kya Kiya. Apart from TV, the actress also appeared in the Hindi web series Breathe: Into the Shadows and the Hindi short film Mukti.
