New Delhi: Google just made it easier for you to manage all your email accounts (yes, even if they are not Gmail accounts) at a single place with its updated Gmail Android app.
As the technology grows, our channels of online communications also grow and so do the attached email accounts. To address the situation, Google has added a feature to its Gmail Android app, called 'All Inboxes', that will include mails from other services like Yahoo or Outlook.
In the official Gmail blog, the company noted that users will be able to view and respond to their emails from various services without having to switch pages or accounts.
It further noted that the good-old conversation view of Gmail will also be applied to all other emails and show threaded conversations in an organised manner. Google has also improved its auto-complete feature in the app along with more responsive animations, larger attachment previews, and the ability to save to Drive with just a tap.
