Techtember Is Here: iPhone 16 Series To Samsung's Expected Launches This Month
Apple will be the showstopper of the Techtember 2024 once again as the new iPhone 16 series will be announced early this month.

September 2024 is no less than a Tech-treat for technology enthusiasts. Several big brands will unveil their high-end smartphones with advanced features and better performances in the Indian market this month. These include Apple, Xiaomi, and Motorola, among others. Here's a list of smartphones that you can look forward to over the next few weeks.

Apple iPhone 16 Series

Tech giant Apple is all set to unveil its highly anticipated iPhone 16 series at its ‘Glowtime’ event on September 9. The lineup includes iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max. These handsets are expected to offer considerable improvements to their processor, and camera and look over their predecessors, strengthening Apple's dominance in the smartphone market.

Xiaomi Mi Mix Flip

Xiaomi, the Chinese smartphone brand is expanding its foldable smartphone lineup with the launch of Mi Mix Flip foldable phone in India. Reports say the device is set to be launched in the second half of September and will feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, promising high performance and efficiency. On the imaging front, it will feature a dual rear camera setup including a 50 MP Telephoto lens and a 50 MP Wide Angle lens. For better selfies and video calls, it will consist of a 32 MP front-facing camera.

Tecno Phantom V Fold 2

Another Chinese tech brand Tecno could be launching its high-end foldable smartphone, the Tecno Phantom V Fold 2 in mid-September with significant improvements in terms of performance and camera than its predecessors. The Phantom V Fold 2 is expected to provide a smooth user experience thanks to its foldable design.

Vivo V40e

Vivo will introduce its new budgeted 5G smartphone, the Vivo V40e in September second week. This smartphone may appeal to those who want extended battery life without sacrificing performance or design. It is expected to pack a huge 5,500 mAh battery. Vivo is expected to have another mid-range device launching this month which is tipped to be in the T-series.

Motorola Razr 50

Motorola Razr 50 foldable smartphone is scheduled for release on September 9. It will feature a 6.9-inch primary display and a 3.6-inch pOLED cover display. On the imaging front, it is expected to sport a dual outer camera unit with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. Additionally, it is likely to have a 32 MP front-facing camera.

Infinix Hot 50

Infinix, another Chinese smartphone brand, is set to launch its Hot 50 smartphone on September 5. This device is claimed to be the slimmest and most reliable 5G smartphone. It will be 7.8mm thin and pack a punch-hole display with Wet Touch technology. The device is expected to provide adequate performance and features at an affordable cost, making it a powerful rival in the entry-level smartphone market.
