Realme has confirmed its plans to bring back its flagship Realme GT series to the Indian market. Sky Li, Realme’s founder and CEO, hinted at the return of the GT series to the country via X. The latest product will target the country’s mid-premium bracket.
Realme hasn’t announced the name or any other specifics about the next phones. Meanwhile, the Realme GT Neo 6 is scheduled to be released in China this week. It is expected to be the lower variant to the Realme GT Neo 6 SE, which was announced earlier in April. Realme has confirmed the GT 6 will be powered by Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. The phone is expected to feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 6,000 nits.

As part of the celebrations for its sixth anniversary, the brand will introduce the sixth generation of the GT series in the nation. With the new collection, Realme hopes to capture the mid-premium market sector. Although the report doesn’t go into great detail regarding the smartphones’ names or specs, it is stated that the new series will be a flagship model.
The Realme GT 6 is widely expected to launch soon, despite the specific model being kept a secret. Realme India continues to sell the GT Neo 3 and GT 2 Pro in the market.
Realme GT Neo 6: What We Know
In April, the Realme GT Neo 6 SE was launched in China, with a price tag of CNY 1,699 (about Rs. 18,000) for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The phone gets an 8T LTPO OLED display with 1.5K resolution and 6,000 nits of peak brightness. It is powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC. It features a 5,500mAh battery with capability for 100W wired fast charging, along with a 50MP dual back camera unit.
