Indian tech company Lava has quietly launched three new tablets – Lava Magnum XL, Lava Aura, and Lava Ivory under its e-Education series. The company has partnered with e-learning platform EduSaksham to offer free courses along with the three tablets. All the new devices designed for students in India amid rising remote learning scenarios, are available exclusively on Flipkart. As expected, the – Lava Magnum XL, Lava Aura, and Lava Ivory differ in terms of display sizes. All the newly launched Lava tablets have narrow bezels across the display panel. Notably, all the tablets are available with sale deals such as a 10 percent discount via HDFC Bank credit card and Bank of Baroda Mastercard debit card (first-time transaction). Customers with Flipkart Axis Bank credit card can enjoy 5 percent instant cashback.

Starting with the Lava Magnum XL, the top-of-the-line tablet sports a 10.1-inch IPS LCD display with 390 nits of brightness. It carries a 2-megapixel front camera and a 5-megapixel rear camera. Under the hood, there’s a quad-core Mediatek processor, clocked at 2.0GHz. It is paired with 32GB of internal storage, expandable up to 256GB and 2GB of RAM. The Lava Magnum XL also packs a 6,100mAh battery and runs on stock Android 10 out of the box. Other notable features of the device include 4G VoLTE (dual-SIM), dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, 3.5mm audio jack, OTG support, and more. The tablet comes pre-installed with apps like Google Play Store, Gmail Go, Youtube Go, Google Go, Google Assistant Go, Maps Go, Files Go, and Facebook. It is available to purchase in India at Rs 11,999.

The Lava Aura comes with an 8-inch display and 32GB of onboard storage that is expandable up to 256GB. The tablet packs a relatively smaller 5,100mAh battery and a quad-core Mediatek processor, clocked at 2.0GHz. The Lava Aura also has an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. Other specifications are similar to the Lava Magnum XL. It is priced at Rs 9,999. Lastly, the Lava Ivory has the smallest screen size of 7 inches, and it has 16GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 256GB. The Android tablet features a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel selfie camera. It is available to purchase at Rs 7,399.
