Taiwanese manufacturer Acer has launched its new gaming laptop, the Acer Nitro 5 (2021) in India. The Acer Nitro 5 is the first laptop in India to feature the latest Nvidia GeForce RTX 30-series graphics. The new laptop is powered by 10th Generation Intel Core processor and up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM. The Acer Nitro 5 (2021) has been launched at a price of Rs 89,999 in India and will be sold via Acer exclusive stores, Acer Online store, and Amazon. It comes in a single Obsidian Black colour option.
The Acer Nitro 5 (2021) features a 15.6-inch full-HD TFT LCD display with 144Hz refresh rate and 3ms response rate. It is powered by the 10th generation Intel Core i5 10300H processor paired with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 with 6GB of RAM. The laptop comes with up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM, two slots for M.2 PCIe SSD storage and up to 2TB of HDD storage. Other features on the Acer Nitro 5 (2021) include a 4-zone RGB keyboard with dedicated NitroSense Key, and Acer CoolBoost technology that keeps the temperature in check for consistent gaming performance.
There are stereo speakers on the Acer Nitro 5 (2021) and it also has a 720p webcam. The laptop has a 57.5Whr battery that is claimed to last for up to 10 hours. In terms of connectivity, the Acer Nitro 5 has Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, a USB type-C port, and a USB 3.2 Gen 2 port.
