Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said that the NDA’s win in Lok Sabha elections is a “victory of democracy” and highlighted that his government is committed to work for every section of the society.
Addressing BJP workers at party headquarters in New Delhi, the Prime Minister expressed gratitude to the Election Commission of India and security personnel for successful elections. He pointed out that it is for the first time that a government returned to power for the third time after 1962.
PM Modi said that the NDA government will leave no stone unturned to make India world’s third biggest economy.
“The country voted for a change in 2014 when corruption and scams were making headlines. The country gave a resounding victory in 2019. In 2024, with this guarantee, we went to the people. I thank people for their blessings to NDA,” he said.
The Prime Minister said he did not feel his mother’s demise in this election due to love he got from women of this country. “After my mother’s demise, it was my first election. But people did not let me feel his death,” he said.

“The BJP won a seat in Kerala. Our workers have worked hard. Today success has been achieved due to their tireless dedication and work. In Telangana, our strength has been doubled now,” he added.
Earlier today, PM Modi thanked the people of the country for the NDA’s third term, calling it an “unprecedented moment” in the history of India.
The Prime Minister assured the countrymen that he will move forward with new energy, new enthusiasm and new resolves to fulfil their aspirations.

He also expressed his heartfelt gratitude and congratulated to all the workers for the dedication and tireless hard work they have done.
The Prime Minister also expressed his gratitude to the citizens for reposing their faith in the NDA in Andhra Pradesh and Odisha.
In Odisha, the BJP is on course to cross majority mark on its own, ousting Naveen Patnaik’s from power after 24 years. Chandrababu Naidu’s TDP returned to power with a resounding victory in Andhra Pradesh.
