219. Ratlam Rural is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Ratlam (ST) Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Ratlam Rural falls in Ratlam district and Malwa North region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.

There are a total of 1,89,508 voters in the seat, which includes 96,294 male voters, and 93,212 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Ratlam Rural recorded a voter turnout of 85.1%. In 2013 the turnout was 79.3%, and in 2008 it was 73.55%.

In 2013, Mathuralal of BJP won the seat by a margin of 26,969 votes (19.5%). Mathuralal secured 55.94% of the total votes polled.
