New Delhi: Congress general secretary Digvijaya Singh is keeping up his attack on spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, calling him a BJP-RSS agent.
Digvijaya pointed to the fact that Sri Sri launched the book of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Nitin Gadkari, sharing the dais with RSS members.
The Congress leader posted a tweet, "Sri Sriji releases Nitin Gadkariji's book Advaniji and Suresh Soniji of RSS on the dais. Sri Sri ji ko jai ho!"
He further said that he had immense respect for the spiritual guru, asking him to be cautious of the BJP and the RSS.
The Congress leader also commented on the controversies concerning Team Anna.
He asked the anti-corruption crusader to get all the people associated with the team in the core committee.
Digvijaya had earlier said that the RSS was approaching Sri Sri to campaign against the government as their previous attempts with Baba Ramdev and Anna Hazare had failed.
The Congress leader had said that while Ramdev and Hazare were plan A and B of the Sangh-BJP, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is plan C and had asked the spiritual guru to be "wary" of the two organisations.
The spiritual guru had responded to these comments from Digvijaya and had invited the Congress leader to join his Art of Living course.
