Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) has invited applications for the post of nurse and catering Supervisor on its official website www.vssc.gov.in. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their application online on or before April 7. A total of two seats are available for the recruitment drive, one for each post.
The eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of written test and skill test. Applicants must ensure to meet the specified eligibility criteria for both the posts else their candidature will be cancelled. VSSC recruitment 2021: Eligibility criteria
Education: For the post of nurse, applicants must have passed a first-class diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery. For catering supervisor posts, candidates have a bachelor’s degree in hotel management or catering technology or hospitality and hotel administration or catering science with one-year post-qualification work experience. Those having a Diploma in catering with three years of work experience are also eligible to apply. According to the official notification, the applicants should have experience in a supervisory capacity in an industrial canteen or an established hotel catering to more than 300 persons.

Step 2. On the homepage, click on the link for ‘Advt. No RMT 316’ under ‘Recruitment notice’ tab
Step 3. The notification for Nurse and catering supervisor recruitment will be displayed. Click on the link to apply
Step 4. Enter the required details carefully, upload documents and make payment for the processing fee

VSSC recruitment 2021: Payscale
The pay scale for the post of nurse is level 7 which means the selected candidate will get remuneration between Rs 44,900 – Rs 1,42,400. While the catering supervisor will be paid Rs 35,400 – Rs 1,12,400
