These staff will help all the flyers, and make their boarding transition seamless. Under the project, the trained Air India staff on-grown will also assist the passengers in reaching lounge areas, boarding gates, or at arrival hall. Apart from this, Air India’s on-ground staff will also take care of common issues, which are usually faced by flyers such as missed flights, misconnections at airports, delayed baggage delivery, and others.
Air India claims that their Service Assurance Officers have been trained in such a manner that they will tackle customers’ concerns with ease.
