2nd PUC Result 2021 Karnataka HIGHLIGHTS: Declared!! The wait of over 5.9 lakh students is over as Karnataka releases its class 12 or 2nd year PUC result 2021. The Department of Pre-University Exams (PUE), Karnataka were announced by State Education Minister Suresh Kumar via a media briefing. All re-appear students who were to appear for exams this year have been promoted.
Of the total 5.90 lakh students who had registered for the exam, as many as 3.35 lakh were boys and 3.31 lakh were girls. The majority of students have got distinction in their results this year. A total of 1,95,650 students got distinction while 1.47 lakh got second division.
Students can check their detailed marks at official websites karnataka.gov.in, karresults.nic.in, sslc.karnataka.gov.in, kseeb.nic.in, and result.bspucpa.com. The print-out of the online result will act as a provisional mark sheet.
2nd PUC Result 2021 Karnataka HIGHLIGHTS: Last year, a total of 5,56,267 students appeared for the exams, of which 3,84,947 had passed it and were eligible for college admissions. The pass percentage for Karnatak PUC 2nd year result 2020 was 69.20 per cent.
Results have been calculated based on special criteria, students will be marked based on their performance in class 10 and class 11 marks with each having 45 per cent weightage while the class 12 internals will have 10 per cent weightage, as per the official criteria.
