15 Chapatis a Day: 'X' User's 'Unrealistic' Diet Plan For Vegetarians Gets a Thumbs Down
An 'X' user's diet plan for vegetarians received flak on social media for being 'unrealistic'. Here is what it was.

An ‘X’ user is being slammed on the social media platform after he posted a diet for vegetarians. The main aim was to make people more aware about consuming the right quantity of proteins. However, it did not go well with a section of people and many deemed it as ‘unrealistic’. ‘X’ user Chirag Barjatya took to the platform and wrote, “As a Vegetarian, this is how you can complete 150g of protein every day without Tofu, Whey or Soya!!”. With this, he urged people to save the post as reference and also repost it so that more and more people can be helped.

However, the diet came out to be unrealistic for many and did not go well with people. Many said that it is impossible to follow such a routine, especially with the corporate working hours.

The diet mentioned four meals. It came along with a workout routine. “End the workout with another 5km slow walk on the treadmill or cross trainer or cycle. make sure you sleep 8-9 hours daily for a proper recovery,” the diet further mentioned.

Here, have a look for yourself:

Since being uploaded, the post has gone viral with over 40K views. “I think this kind of diet and routine is only possible if you are just working out, cooking and eating whole day. I doubt it’s practically possible with the kind of working hours we usually have and time we spend on commuting and other important stuff in life,” commented an ‘X’ user. Another person wrote, “Can never eat this much in a day. I have light bf and 3 chapati meal, 2 chapati if rice is there. Night mostly salad or any other light meal like dosa or porridge. Also if follow this exercise routine then whole day is gone. I think this is for professional body builder.”
