Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal is dominating the box office and is being critically acclaimed by the audience. While everyone is showering praise on Ranbir’s stellar performance in the film, Triptii Dimri, who plays a crucial role, has captured a lot of attention. Triptii plays the character of Zoya Riaz opposite Ranbir, and the actress is absolutely in awe of her co-star’s talent and hopes to work with him more in the future.
In an interview with Connect FM Canada, Triptii Dimri said, “Not everybody is talented. He’s been gifted. It is such a wonderful gift that he has. He’s just completely honest with anything he does.” The actress lauded Ranbir’s performance in the 2012 romantic comedy film Barfi, which also starred Priyanka Chopra and Ileana D’Cruz. She mentioned how she is fascinated by a scene where Barfi shows his broken shoe.
Triptii Dimri looks up to Ranbir as an actor and respects him for his craft. “Who wouldn’t want to be opposite him and learn something from him? He is such an honest performer, and it was beautiful to see him up close performing and giving his all to the character,” the actress added.
Previously, when asked if she would like to collaborate again with Ranbir Kapoor on another project, Triptii told Pinkvilla, “It feels fantastic to see the amount of love audiences are showering on our chemistry. I hope we collaborate again in the future.”

Animal had a global theatrical release on December 1, 2023. The movie is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The film also stars Rashmika Manddana, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and others. The film revolves around an unhealthy relationship between a father and son. The film portrays Vijay, played by Ranbir Kapoor, as an anti-hero who will go to any length to protect his father, including taking several lives. Despite his attempts, he is unable to gain the acceptance of his emotionally unavailable father, played by Anil Kapoor. According to a report by Sacnilk, Animal has collected Rs 312.96 crore so far.
