Actress Sanjana Sanghi, known for her debut in Imtiaz Ali’s Rockstar, has been steadily carving her path in the industry. The actress wrapped up 2023 on a high note as she celebrated the success of her two films, Dhak Dhak and Kadak Singh, both garnered praise from critics and audiences. Stepping into 2024, Sanjana recently took to Instagram, expressing excitement for the opportunities and hard work ahead. Her post came after she spotted herself on a billboard for the Kadak Singh poster. Recalling her earlier days as a newcomer in the city, Sanjana remembered passing by the same billboard that now proudly features the poster of her recently released film. As she passed by the billboard recently, the actress claimed she felt proud and joyful.
She wrote, “When I first moved to Mumbai to pursue acting full time after graduating from LSR College in New Delhi, this specific billboard in Juhu was one I’d cross everyday with the Mumbai breeze rustling against the auto rickshaw. I’d always be looking up at it, with a glee of hope and dreams in my heart that I was mostly too scared to even acknowledge to myself. As I drove past that very billboard last night, seeing Kadak Singh up there made my heart shine & smile. Smile with joy as an ode to the power of believing. To dreaming. To learning. To be hard working. To be non- fearing. 2024, I’m so excited about you being a wholesome melting pot of all these beautiful feelings and more.”

Kadak Singh, currently streaming on Zee5, has been getting love for being a gripping psychological thriller. Helmed by director Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, the film features Pankaj Tripathi in the lead, portraying an investigative officer who is dealing with reversed amnesia while investigating a scam. On the other hand, Sanjana Sanghi plays the role of his daughter, attempting to remind him that despite his professional career, his personal life is not in order. Apart from the two stars, the movie also features Parvathy Thiruvothu and Jaya Ahsan in key roles.
Meanwhile, apart from Kadak Singh, Sanjana Sanghi also impressed her fans in the Netflix movie Dhak Dhak, a road adventure drama focusing on four women from various age groups.
