Watch Ranveer Singh, Atlee Dance To Appadi Podu, Lungi Dance At S Shankar Daughter's Wedding

Ranveer Singh is always ready to dance, whether it’s a scene in a film or a real-life event. He was recently a guest at the wedding of director S Shankar’s daughter, Aishwarya. There, Ranveer and director Atlee hit the dance floor, entertaining guests with their moves to several hit songs.

Videos of Ranveer and Atlee dancing to the song ‘Appadi Podu’ were shared widely by fans on Twitter. The ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ star also showcased his dance skills to ‘Tattad Tattad’ from his film :Goliyon Ki Rasleela – Ram Leela’ and ‘Lungi Dance’ from ‘Chennai Express,’ which is Shah Rukh Khan’s action-comedy tribute to South Indian cinema and Rajinikanth. In the midst of the festivities, Ranveer threw off his jacket and continued dancing in his traditional black kurta-pyjama. Shankar highlighted the evening’s spirited dance performances by posting two videos on his Instagram.

The wedding drew numerous luminaries, including Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Suriya, Vikram, and Nayanthara, all gathered in Chennai. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin was also present, extending his best wishes to Shankar for his daughter’s marriage. All attendees took part in a photo session with the newlyweds on stage.

In addition to the wedding festivities, Ranveer was applauded for his recent trip to Varanasi with Kriti Sanon and Manish Malhotra, where they walked the ramp at Namo Ghat to promote local artisans. Fans praised their choice to wear traditional Indian attire.

Fresh off the success of ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani,’ Ranveer’s next project is ‘Don 3,’ directed by Farhan Akhtar, where he will take on a role formerly played by Shah Rukh Khan in this eagerly anticipated action-thriller.

Last year, Farhan Akhtar unveiled Ranveer Singh as the new Don in the teaser for Don 3: The Final Chapter. The teaser included Ranveer’s voiceover, resonating with the awakening of a lion: “Sher jo so raha hain woh jagega kab, puchte hai yeh sab.
