As per a report by Pinkvilla, a source close to the production mentioned that the makers are planning to release the film around the Republic Day 2025 weekend. The source said, “The official announcement around the release date will be made soon, but they are aiming at this date for the arrival of Jatt. Mythri Production and Sunny Deol feel that Republic Day is the perfect time for the arrival of this action-packed entertainer. It features Sunny in the titular role, and his character will have larger-than-life traits of a Jatt.”
The source added that Jaat has patriotic fervour, and the audience will be surprised when they see the graphics. It’s a big-budget action film with a powerful emotional core, a genre Sunny Deol has excelled in throughout his career, the source revealed. Along with Sunny, the cast includes famous actors Randeep Hooda, Saiyami Kher and Regina Cassandra in key roles.
Sunny Deol has amazing projects ahead of him. He will appear in Rajkumar Santoshi’s historical drama Lahore 1947, which marks his first collaboration under Aamir Khan Productions. In addition, he will reprise his legendary role in the sequel to Border, helmed by Anurag Singh.
