JYP Entertainment expressed their excitement for the collaboration, saying, “We expect the collaboration between these world-renowned artists to be of another level (which will) satisfy their fandom,” reports The Korea Herald.

This collaboration also comes on the heels of Stray Kids’ upcoming album, scheduled to be released in the summer, building anticipation for their future projects.

Stray Kids, formed by JYP Entertainment, is a band of eight members, Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N. The group gained popularity with the release of God’s Menu from their first studio album, Go Live. They are reportedly preparing to make a comeback in June 2024, marking their official return since the release of their eighth EP, Rock-Star, in November 2023.

Additionally, Stray Kids will also headline major music festivals such as Lollapalooza in Chicago, BST Hyde Park in London, and I-Days in Milan, reports Soompi. On the other hand, singer Charlie Puth, who’ll also feature in the digital single, rose to fame with his hit See You Again, which was featured on the Furious 7 soundtrack.

He has collaborated with K-pop artists earlier too. Jungkook of BTS was featured on Charlie Puth’s single Left and Right. Recently, Charlie Puth produced the single Like That for the K-pop girl group Babymonster’s debut album.

The collaboration between Stray Kids and Charlie Puth is much-awaited, promising a mixture of diverse musical styles and talents that will be loved by their fans worldwide.
