Late and veteran actor Sunil Dutt is no more with us but today Bollywood celebrities are celebrating his birthday. Saira Banu, who has worked with him in films like Padosan, has shared a series of throwback photos on social media. She also shared sweet anecdotes that happened during the shoot of Nehle Pe Dehla.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Saira Banu shared old photos in which she is seen doing a shoot with him. In one of the photos, Dilip Kumar is also seen seated with Sunil Dutt. “He was such a comedian that whenever we had to do any romantic scenes in “NEHLE PE DEHLA,” which was a very glamorous film for me, Sunil Dutt would share the romantic shot with me but first tease me by calling out to his assistants, “Aarey Bhai! Hum log romantic scene karney waley hain, toh sabsey pehley ek plate main achchi pyaaz laao. Let us start the scene with eating onions.” He was such a brat!,” a part of her caption read.

Earlier, Sanjay Dutt, Sunil Dutt’s son, also shared throwback photos to wish his father. “Happy birthday dad, I miss you and love you, I have and will follow all that you have taught me, the values, and most of all to be a humble and a good human being who helps the needy, love you dad,” the caption read.

Talking about Nehle Pe Dehla, the film also starred Vinod Khanna and was directed by Raj Khosla. It was released in 1976.
