Anupam Kher recently slammed Kulwinder Kaur, a CISF woman constable, who slapped actress-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut at Chandigarh airport last week. The veteran actor has showed solidarity with Kangana, condemning the CISF personnel’s act. Reacting to the incident, Anupam told Instant Bollywood, “It’s very unfortunate. It shouldn’t have happened especially from someone who is a security personnel. Jo bhi grievances hai usko alag tarike se pesh karne chahiye. I feel women of India should react to it, not just because Kangana is an MP, but she is also a woman.” The incident comes days after Kangana, who contested Lok Sabha polls on BJP ticket, won from Mandi constituency, Himachal Pradesh.
