After celebrating her first anniversary with husband Raghav Chadha, Parineeti Chopra has recently flown out of India. In the wee hours of October 4, the Amar Singh Chamkila actress took to her Instagram account to update her over 44 million fans about her travel plans. She was seen wearing a full-sleeved T-shirt teamed with a black baseball cap.
In the video uploaded on her IG Stories, Parineeti says, “Long flight ahead, super super super long flight ahead and it’s 3 am, I usually sleep by 10 pm. So, I am a zombie right now and have no idea when I am going to land. Wish me luck.” Another video of the actress in transit followed this clip to board her next flight for the journey. She was seen soaking in the morning sun on a bus while simultaneously recording the video. Parineeti posted the clip with “Onto another flight” written over it.
Parineeti and Raghav celebrated their first wedding anniversary on September 24 in the Maldives. The couple jetted off to the scenic location just days before their anniversary, and after returning from their trip, they have been sharing some sneak peeks with their fans. The latest was a video featuring glimpses of cake-cutting, beach walks and some precious lovey-dovey moments of the pair. The actress shared the video with just two hearts emoji and added the song Tere Hi Hum by Prateek Kuhad in the background.
Meanwhile, a week after their romantic rendezvous, Parineeti dropped some unseen glimpses, offering her fans a sneak peek of her well-spent time with her “beautiful boy”. The actress’ post opened with a selfie of her in black swimwear against a serene beach backdrop. The carousel also featured a picture of two bicycles with Parineeti and Raghav’s names, their mirror selfie, a sneak peek of the food that the couple had on their trip and a scenic view of the ocean from a window, among others. Parineeti shared the post on her Instagram with the caption, “A beautiful resort, a beautiful boy and me.”
On the work front, Parineeti was most recently seen in Imtiaz Ali-directed film Amar Singh Chamkila, acting alongside Diljit Dosanjh. While the Punjabi singer played the titular character, Parineeti moulded herself into ‘Amarjot Kaur’. Besides acting, she also focuses on her singing career.
