From the diverse wildlife to the park’s stunning natural landscapes, Nimrat gave her followers a sneak peek into this unique corner of India, all while adding her charm and wit to each photo. Her caption, organised in a point-by-point format, gave an intimate view of her journey as she explored one of India’s most cherished wildlife sanctuaries.
In the first photo, Nimrat can be seen sporting a traditional cane hat while waiting to catch a glimpse of the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger. Her smile radiates excitement as she describes her long-awaited sighting of the majestic animal, calling it “haute couture”. Another shot shows her basking in the warmth of a glorious sunset over one of the park’s 350 lakes, capturing a moment of peace amidst the vast wilderness.
One of the most captivating photos in her collection is of a rhinoceros crossing the road in the dense, lush forest. Standing over six feet tall, the rhino is the poster boy of Kaziranga, and Nimrat expresses her amazement at seeing this gentle giant up close. She later poses in front of the park’s lakes, emphasizing how the Brahmaputra River’s flooding is essential for maintaining the ecosystem, while in another, she captures a soaring Pallas’s fish eagle with an impressive seven-foot wingspan.
