Former Bigg Boss Marathi contestant, Pushkar Jog is a famous actor who has worked predominantly in Marathi films and a handful of Hindi ones. He is also a recognised face on the Marathi small screen. Now, after gaining much experience in the industry, he is all set to don the director’s hat. The actor is gaining much attention after he announced his upcoming film which is about Artificial Intelligence (AI). It will be the first Marathi film about AI.
Recently, Pushkar Jog announced his upcoming film titled, Dharma- The AI Story on Instagram. He shared a post which was a montage of videos from behind the sets, jetting off to the shoot location and finally, a snap of him standing proudly in a blue blazer suit with printed trousers and a clapboard in hand.

The caption read, “Lights… Camera… and a father’s journey in search of his daughter amidst the chaos of cameras and AI. Dharma- The AI Story. See you soon.” As per reports, the shoot of the film has kickstarted and will be shot completely abroad.
The film is expected to offer viewers a one-of-a-kind story by delving into the realm of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The plot of the film will explore the potential of AI. Pushkar Jog’s upcoming directorial venture has left his fans excited and has high expectations from him.
The actor is known to be a part of offbeat topics which generally offer a fresh take on a subject and are thought-provoking. The film is bankrolled Tejal Pimple under the banner of B You Production. Dharma- The AI Story will feature actors like Pushkar Jog, Dipti Lele and Smita Gondkar.
Till now, the audience’s experience with AI has been largely limited to chatbots, social media and a few games. But, with Dharma- The AI Story, cine-goers will witness an AI-related narrative in the Marathi entertainment industry. In an interview, the director called the film an “unprecedented experiment” and said that the theme is “novel” and “unveils several intriguing facets”. Currently, the filming is underway and is slated to hit the theatres in September.
