The shooting for Malayalam actor Aju Varghese and Johny Antony’s starrer film Swragam is finally completed. Apart from these stars, the film also features Manju Pillai, Ananya and Sijoy Varghese in pivotal roles. Helmed by Rejis Antony, who previously directed Oru Second Class Yatra starring Vineeth Sreenivasan, the film is produced under the banner of CN Global Movies.
Talking about Swargam, as per the production house, the film is a heartwarming narrative that delves into the intricacies of family dynamics. Set against the backdrop of emotional depth and relatable experiences. Swargam captures the essence of family bonds, portraying the joys, struggles and interconnectedness that define our lives.
The star cast of the film also includes Vineeth Thattil, Unni Raja, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Ranjith Kankol, Kudassanad Kanakam, Manjadi Jobi, Sreeram, Surya and Devanjana among others.
Taking to Facebook, team Swargam recently dropped a special video and announced the shoot wrap of the film.
The video depicted some behind-the-scenes footage from the making of the film and the entire cast and crew of Swargam marking the occasion by cutting a cake.
The story of Swragam is written by Lizy K Fernandez and director Rejis Antony. The official release date of the film is still awaited.
Makers of Swargam began the shooting for the project earlier in April 2024 with a mahurat puja where they also announced the title of their film.
Talking about the technicality, the film’s cinematography is done by S Saravanan and the editing is done by Don Max and the music is by Baby John Kalayantani, who is known for creating popular Christian devotional songs.
Meanwhile, Aju Varghese is a prominent Malayalam actor and is known for his roles in Phoenix, Hridayam, My Santa, Helen and Kamala among others.
In his decade-long career, the actor has appeared in almost 130 Malayam movies. He was also a part of the film 2018: Everyone is a Hero, which was based on the 2018 Kerala floods and was India’s official entry for the 2024 Oscars.
The film was helmed by Jude Anthony Joseph and starred Tovino Thomas, Asif Ali and Kunchacko Boban in the lead roles.
Johny Antony, on the other hand, is an actor and director. He has appeared in several Malayalam films like Oh My Darling, Janaki Jaane and Neymar among others.
