Bigg Boss Kannada 10 recently aired its grand finale episode. Based on the votes, the actor and model Karthik Mahesh emerged as the winner of the show. The popular contestant Drone Prathap became the first runner-up of the show. Throughout his journey in the Big Boss house, Drone Prathap was grabbing the headlines due to his controversial statements and arguments in the show.
Now, after the show, Prathap has found himself in legal trouble once again after a complaint has been lodged against him for selling drones without a proper licence. A defamation case has already been filed by BBMP (Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike) officials after he accused them of mistreatment by them during Covid-19.
A complaint has been lodged against him at the Rajarajeshwari Nagar police station by Paramesh, a resident of Banashankari. The complainant alleges that Drone Prathap is selling drones belonging to the Department of Civil Aviation (DGCA) without a proper licence. He claims that they are selling it through their company Dronark Aerospace Pvt. Ltd.
As per reports, he asserts that Drone Prathap is deceiving the customers. In response to Paramesh’s complaint, the police have registered a Non-Cognizable Report (NCR) and are currently investigating the matter. Drone Prathap has not responded to the allegation yet.
Drone Prathap has often been called a liar by the contestants during the show. During the show, Drone Prathap shared his experience of COVID-19 and claimed mistreatment and harassment by the BBMP officials after contracting COVID-19. He said that despite completing quarantine and subsequently visiting Chikmagalur, he faced legal consequences for allegedly violating COVID protocols. Authorities allegedly physically assaulted him and made false accusations to his parents, including a sinister suggestion that he had contemplated poisoning them. Responding to this, BBMP officials denied Prathap’s allegations and labelled them as baseless. They have already filed a defamation case against Drone Prathap for this matter.
Apart from this, recently the business partner of Drone Prathap, Sarang Mane has accused the former of scamming and fraudulent activities. According to Mane, Pratap promised to provide him with nine drones for agricultural purposes. He collected an advance payment of Rs 35.75 lakh. However, Mane claims that Prathap has neither delivered the drone nor refunded the money.
