Asim Riaz took to his Instagram stories recently and dropped a video from his Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 stint. In the video, Asim was seen performing a stunt in Romania during the shoot of Rohit Shetty’s show. He was seen climbing on a seesaw while maintaining his balance to pull flags. Even though Asim shared the video, he did not write anything in the caption.
Interestingly, this comes days after Asim Riaz was expelled from Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 for allegedly misbehaving with the host Rohit Shetty and his fellow contestants. The trouble started when Asim could not finish a task and claimed that the challenge was impossible. He
told the team, “Do it in front of me. I won’t take a rupee from you guys. If you do it, I won’t take a rupee, camera is on.”
Rohit Shetty then showed a rehearsal video where the team completed the task safely, explaining that they tested everything before contestants tried it. “Kal bhi tune bahot bakwaas ki (Yesterday also you said a lot of nonsense),” he said, Refusing to listen to Asim, the angry filmmaker added, “Sun meri baat sunle warna mei utha ke yahi patak dunga. Aise mere se badtameezi nahi karna (Listen to be otherwise I will thrash you here. Don’t behave badly here).”
However, Asim continued to misbehave and even got into a fight with his fellow contestant Abhishek Kumar. As a result, he was asked to leave the show.
While the former Bigg Boss fame faced a massive backlash on social media for his behaviour, Shilpa Shinde recently came out in his support and claimed that everyone ganged up against Asim.
“Kuch bhi nahin hua tha. Aap ke sar paani chala jata hai. Down-to-earth hona chahiya. Ek banda ek taraf aur baki ek jhoondh hai, usko bhadkaya gaya as they knew his nature. Sablog success handle nahin kar pate. Sab log galat the, sab log sahi the. Maine use baar baar bola ki woh chup rahe, bahas na kare (People should be humble. Asim was alone on one side and others ganged up against him, provoked him. I kept urging him not to speak or argue with Rohit Shetty. They knew his nature and yet bullied him and instigated him. Everyone cannot handle success),” she told Times Now.
