Ankita Lokhande's FIRST LOOK From Amrapali Stuns Fans; Netizens Call It 'Amazing'; See Here

Ankita Lokhande is currently one of the most busy actors. Her music video with her husband Vicky Jain was released recently. And on Tuesday, she left all her fans stunned as she unveiled the first look of her character Amrapali from a web series. Ankita took to her social handle and shared the look.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Ankita wrote, “Presenting @lokhandeankita as #Amrapali, the epitome of strength, grace, and resilience. This captivating series delves into the untold saga of the royal courtesan, revealing her journey filled with emotions and challenges. Stay tuned for this grand spectacle, produced by @officiallegendstudios The series marks the much-awaited comeback of the musical maestro @ismaildarbarofficial.” In the poster, we can see Ankita dressed in royal outfit and is looking stunning.

As soon as she shared the poster, fans rushed to comment. Many praised her looks and many also called her amazing. “This looks amazing! I’m so happy for you. Free Press Journal mentioned that the series will show her journey from being an imperial courtesan to choosing to become a Buddhist nun. It will capture a gamut of emotions and vicissitudes experienced by Amrapali, who finally renounces all luxuries and adopts celibacy as a Buddhist devotee. AmrapalI is being presented by Sandeep Singh.

Ankita Lokhande was recently seen in Swatantrya Veer Savarkar. In the film which also starred Randeep Hooda in the lead, Ankita played the role of Savarkar’s wife Yamuna Bai. Released on March 22, Swatantra Veer Savarkar also stars Amit Sial, Apinderdeep Singh and Mark Bennington among others. The film is based on Vinayak Damodar Savarkar and his contribution during the Indian Independence struggle.

Swatantrya Veer Savarkar opened to mostly positive reviews. The film has earned Rs 8.25 crore in India as of now. News18 Showsha gave the film a three-star rating and wrote, “Randeep Hooda has shouldered the film with ease. He proves that his performances in films like Sarabjit and Highway were not just flukes. Randeep gets under the skin and bones of the freedom fighter. You are spellbound with the conviction of his performance.”
