Alia Bhatt, who on Thursday confirmed that she tested negative for COVID-19, visited a temple to seek blessings on the occasion of Maha Shivratri. The actress was joined by her close friend, director Ayan Mukerji. Alia looked gorgeous in a pink suit which she teamed with golden jhumkas and minimal makeup. She even posed for some photos with Ayan and told the paps that she wished for something special but couldn’t reveal. Her stunning photos have gone viral on social media.
Meanwhile, Alia has resumed work after consulting with her doctors. Speculation was rife about Alia Bhatt being dignosed with COVID-19 after her actor boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor and filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who has been shooting for Gangubai Kathiawadi with Alia, tested positive for the novel coronavirus early this week.
Alia took to her Instagram stories to thank her well wishers and inform she was under isolation for some time.
“I’ve been reading all your messages of concern and care. I have tested negative for Covid-19 and after isolating and speaking with my doctors, I am back to work from today. The actor urged people to maintain social distancing and wear masks to prevent the spread of the virus. On the work front, Alia is awaiting the release of Gangubai Kathiawadi, directed by Bhansali and director Ayan Mukerji’s three-part fantasy trilogy Brahmastra.
