Alia Bhatt and Aishwarya Rai walked the ramp at the Paris Fashion Week last night, September 24. The two actresses are brand ambassadors for the beauty company, L’Oréal. While Aishwarya has been walking the runway for the beauty giant for several years now, this was Alia’s first time on the ramp.

Pawan Kalyan broke his silence on Karthi’s apology with regard to the Tirupati Laddu controversy. Earlier in the day, Karthi had apologised for laughing when asked about claims that animal fat was used as an ingredient in the laddus at Tirupati’s Sri Venkateswara Temple. Taking to X, Andhra Pradesh’s Deputy Chief Minister acknowledged Karthi’s apology and explained the reason he decided to shed light on his behaviour.

Karan Johar expressed frustration over Hindi stars asking for more money than their films are worth. He admitted to giving in before but is now pushing back. He shared that stars turned down his film Kill over salary issues, and Zoya Akhtar even blamed him for starting the trend by paying high fees earlier. In a roundtable with The Hollywood Reporter India, he said, “Everybody has to look at their remuneration levels.” To this, Zoya Akhtar said, “Karan, you just have to stop paying them.”

Amid Aishwarya Rai’s striking poses with Aaradhya, Eva Longoria and Simone Ashley, her ‘unusual’ hairstyle has also caught everyone’s attention. In the photos and videos which have gone viral from the event, Aishwarya wore her hair in a half-up half-down do and the top section of her hair seemed like it was held up by giant curls. It seemed as if Aishwarya’s photos were from right before she walked the ramp.

In a recent chat, Swara Bhasker and Fahad Ahmad opened up about their marriage. Fahad said, “There was an urban-rural divide. I come from a small part–which isn’t even a district– of Bareilly city. Even our religion is different. I am a pasmanda Muslim, which comes under OBC, she is a Brahmin. The only thing common was our sexual orientation, we both are straight. We have crossed all barriers, of caste, religion, cities-villages, class. It is challenging, but full of fun.”
