WATCH: Kuldeep Yadav's Unplayable Delivery Bamboozles England Captain Jos Buttler in Lucknow
It was an absolute beauty from Kuldeep Yadav to get the better of England captain Jos Buttler.

Team India leg-spinner Kuldeep Yadav produced a magical delivery to get the better of England skipper Jos Buttler in the marquee ODI World Cup clash on Sunday in Lucknow. Buttler’s World Cup campaign is turning worse with every match as he was dismissed for just 10 against India.

It was the first ball of the 16th over and Kuldeep pitched it outside off-stump, the ball turned back in massively to deceive Buttler completely and hit the stumps. Buttler looked to punch it with soft hands but was clueless when the ball took the big turn. It was another flop show with England’s captain as his team is placed at the bottom of the points table. Buttler faced 23 balls on Sunday but didn’t look fluent with his approach.

Buttler’s scalp put the defending champions on the backfoot with five down for just 52 in a 230-run chase on a tricky batting surface.

Earlier, Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah also ran riot with the ball and removed England’s top four for just 39 runs. The pace duo shared two wickets each as the visitors wobbled early in the chase.

Shami troubled Stokes by beating him with some sensational delivers and castled him finally on the last ball of the 8th over. The southpaw exposed his stumps in the attempt to break shackles and open his account but it backfired for him and got out for a 10-ball duck. He didn’t waste much to hurt England further as on the first ball of his next over he got the better of Bairstow, who tried to punch it but only managed to edge the ball which hit the pads before hitting the stumps.

Meanwhile, Bumrah struck on successive balls to send back Dawid Malan, for 16, and Joe Root, for nought, to be on a hat-trick at a deafening and nearly-packed Ekana Stadium in Lucknow.

Earlier, England fast bowlers David Willey and Chris Woakes shared five wickets between them to restrict India to 229-9 after the defending champions elected to bowl in their hunt for victory.
