Even minor blemishes can detract from our natural beauty. These spots arise from hyper-pigmentation that can appear due to reasons such as acne, pimples, blackheads, and other skin traumas. Dark spots, particularly those on the face, neck, and under the eyes, are common concerns. With the help of simple home remedies, you can remove these dark spots. Let’s take a look at an easy and effective way to reduce dark spots with just two ingredients: Milk and gram flour (Besan).
Method to prepare gram flour and milk face pack:
Step 1: In the morning, take two tbsp of gram flour in a bowl.
Step 2: Mix it with enough milk to form a smooth paste.
Step 3: Once done, soak the mixture for a few hours until evening.
Step 4: In the evening, take the soaked mixture and grind it.
Step 5: Apply the paste evenly on the dark spots such as the neck, under the eyes, elbow, and knees.
Step 6: Keep it for at least 15 minutes until it dries.
Step 7: Rinse off with water.
Apart from Gram flour, many home ingredients are known to treat the dark spots on your face.
Lemon and Yogurt
Step 1: In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp of lemon juice with 2 tbsp of yoghurt.
Step 2: Apply on your face and let it be there for 30 minutes.
Step 3: Wash it off with water.
Step 4: Don’t forget to apply a hydrating cream and sunscreen.
Milk and Honey
Step 1: In a bowl, add 1 tbsp honey and enough milk.
Step 2: Mix it well and apply it to your face or just the affected areas.
Step 3: Keep it for at least 20 minutes and then wash off with water.
Step 4: Do this daily before going to bed.
Neem Powder, Honey, and Lemon
Step 1: Mix neem powder, honey, and lemon to make a thick paste.
Step 2: Apply the mixture on your face and leave it for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Wash it off with water.
Step 4: Apply this twice a week for better results.
