Adding a pinch of salt to tea makes it highly beneficial for the body as it helps boost the immune system. It prevents a sore throat and keeps the seasonal flu at bay. It also protects the body from cold. It is recommended that people who are often sick have at least two cups of salt tea a day.

As per reports, Himalayan salt is considered the best way to deal with skin-related issues. Drinking tea with Himalayan salt adds zinc to the tea, which helps repair damaged skin and prevent acne. The skin also starts to glow.
