Friendship Sour

Ingredients

• 60 ml Johnnie Walker Black Label

• 25 ml Orgeat Syrup

• 15 ml Lime Juice

• 1 Egg White

• Orange Zest (Garnish)

Instruction

• Prepare the glass – Fill an old-fashioned glass with and set aside.

• Mix the ingredients – In a double tin cocktail shaker add all the ingredients except egg white.

• Shake it up – Shake well until the mixture is chilled about 10-15 seconds. Strain the mixture in a second tin and add egg white and shake it again without ice for better froth.

• Strain and pour – Strain the mixture into the prepare old- fashioned glass.

• Garnish – Garnish with orange zest.

Blonde Boba Iced Tea

Ingredients

• 60 ml Johnnie Walker Blonde

• 20 ml Peach Syrup

• 15 ml Lime Juice

• 120 ml Chilled Darjeeling Tea

• 1 tablespoon Peach Boba Pearls (Garnish)

Instruction

• Prepare the glass – Fill a highball glass with ice.

• Mix the ingredients – Add all the ingredients in a highball glass.

• Stir it up – Stir it with bar spoon.

• Garnish – Put peach boba pearls on top and stir gently.

Asian Mango Fizz

Ingredients

• 60 ml Black and White

• 20 ml Mango Syrup

• 15 ml Lime Juice

• 2 pc Kaffir Lime leaves

• 2 pc Kaffir Lime Leave (Garnish)

• Top Up Soda Water

Instruction

• Prepare the glass – Fill a highball glass and set aside.

• Mix the ingredients – In a cocktail shaker add all the ingredients and fill it with ice.

• Shake it up – Shake well until the mixture is chilled about 10-15 seconds.

• Strain and pour – Strain the mixture into the prepared highball glass.

• Top it off – Add the club soda to the glass and give it a gentle stir to combine.

• Garnish – Garnish with kaffir lime leaves.

Friendship Jamun Fizz

Ingredients

• 60 ml Black Dog

• 20 ml Jamun Syrup

• 15 ml Lime Juice

• Top Up Soda Water

• Mint Sprig and jamun (Garnish)

Instruction

• Prepare the glass – Fill a highball glass with ice.

• Mix the ingredients – Add all the ingredients in a highball glass except soda water.

• Top it off – Add the club soda to the glass and give it a gentle stir to combine.

• Garnish – Garnish with mint sprig and jamun.
