BTS: Kim Taehyung aka V Dances To Punjabi Song in Viral Video, Desi ARMYs Call Him 'Taejinder Singh'

BTS singer V aka Kim Taehyung has got a new nickname: Taejinder Singh! The Love Me Again singer got the new desi nickname after a video of him dancing to a Punjabi song surfaced online. In a video doing the rounds of the internet, TaeTae was seen dancing to the tunes of a desi track with his friends. In the video shared on X (previously known as Twitter), Taehyung was seen wearing a white tee with a baseball cap. He was seen vibing with the traditional song while his friends cheered him on.

The video caught the Asian fandom’s attention and soon enough, V earned his new Desi name. A fan wrote, “Taejinder Singh.” “My Desi Munda ,” another fan added. “Omg me who is Punjabi extremely happy ahhhhh,” a fan added. “TAEHYUNG DANCING TO PUNJABI SONG?????????????? DAMN????????? IS THIS TRUE????” a shocked fan wrote.

Kim Taehyung has been busy with the launch of his album, Layover. The album marks his first solo album. The album was unveiled on September 8. The album will feature six tracks, including Love Me Again, Rainy Days, Slow Dancing, For Us, Blue and an instrumental version of Slow Dancing. Prior to Kim Taehyung, his fellow BTS members Jin, Suga, J Hope, RM, Jimin and Jungkook had also released their solo albums.
