On July 16, 2024, speculation began doing the rounds that the two K-pop icons reconciled secretly in August 2023. Netizens pointed out that Jennie and G-Dragon were spotted wearing matching items, including rings and scarves.
G-Dragon has been seen liking numerous photos of Jennie and reportedly gifting her various items, according to Kpopstarz.com. This follows a 2021 report by Dispatch that first revealed Jennie and G-Dragon were dating, though their relationship lasted just over a year. Now, their possible reunion has again left social media excited.
Since August 2023, Jennie and G-Dragon have frequently been caught wearing matching rings. In June, Jennie hosted Billie Eilish’s listening party in Seoul, while G-Dragon made an appearance at a KAIST technology talk show. Both were noted wearing identical rings during these events.
