Training for lower court lawyers

KOCHI: The Department of Legal Affairs and the Ministry of Law and Justice have launched the Rajiv Gandhi Advocates Training Scheme.Under the scheme, every year around 10 lawyers practising at the magistrate and munsiff courts will be given training.Lawyers, aged not more than 30, may apply for the scheme at the munsiff/magistrate courts in the state.Applications will be accepted till June 21.
