TJAC staff to strike work from Aug 1

HYDERABAD: The Telanagna Joint Action Committee has announced a fresh action programme to bring pressure on the Centre for creating a Telangana state.The most important feature of the programme is the strike planned by  non-gazetted officers, teachers, RTC and electricity employees and those of the Signareni Collieries from August 1.The Employees JAC  will serve strike notice on the government on July 13 or 14 declaring its intent to go on strike from August 1, TJAC chairman M Kodandaram said after a meeting of the steering committee of the TJAC.Vanta Varpu will be organised in Telangana districts excluding Hyderbaad on July 12, rail roko on July 14 and demonstration all over Telangana region from July 15 to 30 during giving wide publicity to  the proposed strike by government employees.
