After the end of the probation period, they need to get a confirmation letter for their job, which has been delayed by the management. So far the union had conducted demonstrations already in two places, one at Hoskote near the Tahsildhar office on August 2 and other at Freedom Park on August 3. They are also planning to organise another strike on August 4 at Tin factory, Old Madras Road and may continue the agitation till their demands are met by the management. "We remain open to transparent dialogue with our union. However, using force to demand a compromise is not acceptable," said a spokesperson of Volvo Buses Pvt Ltd.
