The taxi, a white Indica, with registration number KL 40D 3846 is missing.The post-mortem conducted by the police surgeon reports that the death was caused due to multiple reasons, including head injury and strangulation.The police said a youth had hired Hyderali’s cab from Perumbavoor municipal town stand to Pooppara in Idukki at 2 pm on Wednesday. The youth had informed Hyderali that he was going to bring his mother and wife from Pooppara. Hyderali had talked to his wife at 12 am on Wednesday from a spot close to Pooppara and had conveyed to her that he would reach home by 3 am.
