The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the Admit cards for Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier 1 examination 2017 on its official website at ssc.nic.in. As per the recruitment notification, the SSC will conduct the CGL Tier-I exams from August 5th 2017 to August 24th 2017.

Through Combined Graduate Level - SSC CGL exam recruitment to non-technical Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ non-gazetted posts in various Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations of the Government of India is done every year.

The candidates who had applied for the Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level Tier 1 exams can follow the instructions below and download their admit card:

How to Download SSC CGL Tier-I Admit Card 2017?

Step 1: Visit SSC's official website ssc.nic.in/

Step 2: Click on the 'Admit Card' tab on the top

Step 3: A pop window will open and show 9 Regional Centers and their websites

Step 4: Click on your respective region and go to their website

Step 5: Click on Download Admit Card at the left side and then Click

Download e-Admit Card of COMBINED GRADUATE LEVEL EXAMINATION, 2017 (TIER-I)

Know Your Roll No. and Status

Step 6. Enter Your Registration ID/Roll No., Enter Captcha and Submit

Step 7: Download your Admit Card and Take a Print Out for the Exam Day

According to the official notification a total of 4733 vacancies are offered in SSC CGL 2017. The CGL Tier 1 exam will be a computer based online test in an Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions format that will be categorized equally under General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension carrying 25 Questions and 50 marks each.

There is a negative marking of 0.5 marks in all sections. The candidates will need to complete the online SSC CGL Tier-I exam in 60 minutes. No examination will take place on August 7, 13, 14 and 15 all over India. The SSC CGL Tier-II Exam will be conducted on November 10th and 11th later this year while the SSC CGL Tier-III Exam will be conducted on January 21st 2018.
